The longer version is…to sell your home we need to value your home at which point will give you a realistic value of your home. We are not interested in giving inflated prices to get your instruction. Without a realistic valuation you cannot plan accurately for the next stage, whether it be knowing how much you will need to upsize or how much capital you will release by downsizing.
Happy to proceed with selling your home? Great! We will now get cracking, with best-in-class marketing material, online advertising, distinctive sign boards, contacting prospective purchasers, taking suitable photography and videography and offering the option of on-line bidding. It is then time to get purchasers through your door to begin competing to be the next home owner.
We know that going “Sale Agreed” is great but we do not celebrate this. It is at this stage that we turn our focus to ensuring intending purchasers have surveyors engaged and bank valuers organised. Signed contracts will be sought in a timely manner allowing for the pre-contract queries to be answered with unnecessary delays being avoided which will ultimately result in the home being classed as “Sold”.
Selling your home is a big deal. We understand this and we will do everything we can to make the process as straight forward as possible and to keep you updated throughout. It is the least you deserve. If issues arise we have the experience to overcome them.
